As a Barista, you’ll be the face of our shop—crafting exceptional beverages, sharing your coffee knowledge, and providing warm, friendly service. We're looking for team players with great energy, attention to detail, and a pursuit of excellence in coffee.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable way
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support teammates during peak hours
- Uphold health and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior barista or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays
