Silverbird Coffee & More is our retail cafe located in South Minneapolis. Our space is meant to be comfortable and welcoming to everyone; a true neighborhood cafe. We emphasize our coffee through a combination of filter coffee, traditional espresso beverages, featured pour overs, and seasonal signature beverages.
We have a small but focused in-house food program centered around crafted grab-and-go sandwiches and bowls. Additionally we partners with local and national brands that excel in crafting pastries, loose leaf tea, chai, and fermented beverages. Careful consideration is applied to dietary concerns.
