Silverbird Roasting Co. was founded in 2020 by United States Roasting Championship winner, Tony Querio. We are proudly based Minneapolis, MN with wholesale partners spread throughout the country. 

Our coffee program is built around delicious coffees you will be happy to return to day after our. We pride ourselves in our consistently crafted products that are both enjoyable at home and easy to work with in a cafe setting.

In the fall of 2025 we opened our first retail cafe, Silverbird Coffee & More in the South Minneapolis neighborhood of Kingfield. Our cafe allows us to represent our coffees as we see them best expressed. Our space is comfortable and welcoming to all with an emphasis on coffee. Paired with our coffee is the "& More" - everything that makes us a complete cafe. The cafe also serves as the home to The Littlest* Record Library.
