Finca Las Flores is bright and sweet with complex fruit flavors, supported soft spice notes. The first sip is full of ripe plum notes. The aftertaste picks up soft aromatics of baking spice and vanilla, very similar to poached pears. As the cup cools, we see the acidity brighten and a creaminess comes forward,reminding  us of key lime pie.

Roger Dominguez owns three coffee farms in La Paz, Marcala. He is a young coffee farmer who inherited his father’s mid-sized farms, which have been in the family since the 1990. Each farm ranges from 3 to 5 hectares; this farm, Finca Las Flores, is located at 1500 meters. 

We are excited to feature Roger’s coffee for the second year. His harvests have a deep complexity year after year and are marked by their deep purple stone fruit flavors with hints of spice.
