Tolima is great representation of the flavors that have made this region rapidly increase in popularity. This coffee is bright and clean with flavors of ripe apricot through the experience. When tasted right off the brew you will experience flavors of white grape juice and floral overtones. As it cools those flavors pick up more sweetness with slight berry tones and vanilla notes that bring to mind elderflower juice and lightly-oaked Chardonnay.

This coffee is a regional offering representing many smallholder farmers from the Tolima region. The region is known for its high elevation, rich soil, and abundant water supply which leads to the characteristic floral and bright coffees it is known for. While this coffee comes from many farmers, it still possesses a transparency and refined flavor profile often found in much smaller, single-producer microlots. This is a great coffee to enjoy throughout the week.
