The Kabiufa Mill produces the cleanest Asian Pacific coffees we have ever seen and this special preparation lot brings that to a whole new level. The extra care and attention given to this coffee produces a cup that is sweet and smooth. This coffee has all the classic, sweet tobacco leaf flavors you expect in coffees from this region. However, what really makes this coffee shine are its Chardonnay-like flavors, including juicy ripe pear, white grape, and sweet lime acidity.

In 2019, Moses Venapoe established a cherry collection site and washing station at his home in Kabiufa, located in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. Purchasing coffee in the cherry form is almost unheard of in PNG, but is a crucial factor that ensures proper ripeness and cleanliness. Additionally, by building his own washing station he can guarantee that his coffees have ideal washing standards and care throughout the drying process. This special preparation is given an extra level of attention, including hand picking every potentially damaged bean from the drying tables. This is a beautiful coffee that has redefined a region.
