The first sip is very delicate with notes of jasmine blossoms and lemongrass. Cooling, the sweetness and acidity push forward and we see the lemongrass notes brighten into lemon curd supported by a smooth and creamy note of vanilla meringue. The sweetness is juicy and syrupy with a subtle herbal tone that reminds us of fresh squeezed sugar cane juice and pandan.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eJose Santos Rivera owns a small 3-hectare farm named Finca Vira Vira. He is a prominent coffee producer and member of his community, with a passion for sports and social gatherings. The farm's overarching philosophy is long-term sustainability, a goal made possible by its natural environment.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eFinca Vira Vira is cultivated with five coffee varieties, but this lot is exclusively made up of Gesha. Gesha is one of the few cultivated Ethiopian landrace varieties, prized for its delicate citrus and floral characteristics. As a result it is one of the most highly sought after varieties on the market today.
